EVA Glass Laminating Machine (FD-J-2-2)

This machine is used for producing not only the traditional laminated glass made through pre-heating, pre-pressing and autoclave, but also the laminated glass with interlayer materials in, such as, paper, silk, color cloth, metal basketwork, and EVA film and so on.

Adapts wind convection heating system and makes heating faster and equally, consumeing energy around 40 to 50% compared with similar machine. Adapts silican bag, imported from American famous supplier, thickness 3mm, can use at least 4 years in normal condition, each layer of silican bag can hold glass around 36mm thickness and improveing machine processing efficiency. PLC, man-machine conversation, computer controlled and all program completed automatically, heating time and temperature will be adjusted according to glass thickness.
